Is it really free?

Does it work with private profiles?
With ZIP import, yes, because the file contains your own account data. Username search only works with public profiles up to 2,000 followers and 2,000 following.
Why do I need the ZIP file?
It’s the only way to get complete, accurate data without accessing your account. Instagram prepares it on request, within 48 hours.
Could my account get blocked?
FollowGuard doesn’t log in or take actions on your profile, so it creates no suspicious activity.
Does my data end up on a server?
With ZIP import, no: the file is read on your phone and the data stays there. With username search, the searched username goes through our server and the result is deleted after 7 days. Details are in the privacy policy.
